LEC/ALI Migration Tracker
A purpose-built tool for Cal OES to coordinate and track the statewide transition of California Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) to next-generation ALI systems.
The LEC/ALI Migration Tracker centralizes PSAP migration data sourced from the statewide LEC ALI Migration Workbook. It provides a single interface for reviewing migration status, tracking key milestones, and identifying sites that need attention — replacing manual spreadsheet coordination with a searchable, structured record system backed by a complete audit history.

Every PSAP in scope for migration moves through the pipeline below. Each record is shown at the furthest stage it has reached, so the counts on the Dashboard always add up to the total number of migrating sites.
- Data is imported from the official LEC ALI Migration Excel workbook
- Records are matched by Atos Site ID, with FCC ID as a fallback
- Host records propagate shared fields to their Remote sites automatically
- Every change is captured in a temporal audit history
- Imported updates and manual edits are distinguished in the log
- Viewers — all signed-in users can view the dashboard, tracker, calendar, and records
- Editors — may edit records and view the change log
- Administrators — may import workbook data and manage the full record set
- All activity is logged for auditing and accountability
Access is restricted to authorized personnel. New users must request an account — a site administrator assigns a role before the dashboard and tracker become available.
