About the LEC/ALI Migration Tracker
A purpose-built tool for Cal OES to coordinate and track the statewide transition of California Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) to next-generation ALI systems.
Purpose
The LEC/ALI Migration Tracker centralizes PSAP migration data sourced from the statewide LEC ALI Migration Workbook. It provides a single interface for reviewing migration status, tracking key milestones, and identifying sites that need attention — replacing manual spreadsheet coordination with a searchable, structured record system.

- Region- and county-level migration progress dashboard
- Filterable, sortable PSAP tracker with multi-column sort
- Per-site detail: ALI submission, readiness, and cutover dates
- CPE vendor, software version, and LEC/ALI provider tracking
- NRC/MRC cost tracking with grand total calculations
- Admin-controlled data import from the statewide Excel workbook
Migration Status Workflow
Each PSAP record progresses through the following stages:
- Migrating — site is in scope for migration
- ALI Submitted — ALI provisioning request submitted
- ALI Scheduled — site confirmed ready for cutover
- Migrated — cutover complete, migration finalized
Data & Access
- Data is imported from the official LEC ALI Migration Excel workbook
- Records are matched by Atos Site ID, with FCC ID as a fallback
- All authenticated users can view the dashboard and tracker
- Import and record editing require elevated role access
- All activity is logged for auditing and accountability
